Shipping Instructions

• Pack it in a small cardboard box with lots of padding and mail it to the address below. 
• Include a note inside the box with your name, address, email and phone number.
• Send us the actual USPS tracking number, NOT a blurry photo of your Postal receipt.
• You must ship your watch within a week after we've agreed to accept it. After that we will assume that you've changed your mind and your email will be deleted.

 We will contact you after we receive your watch. 

• Do NOT ship your watch in an envelope of any kind. Sturdy cardboard boxes only.
• Do NOT ship your watch with a chain, fob, or strap attached. This also means no tags, pouches, plastic containers, jewelry boxes or factory boxes - just the watch, please.
• Do NOT ship your watch packed in confetti, sawdust, or shredded paper because someone has to sweep up that crap after it spews all over our clean floor.
• Do NOT wrap the box or your watch in yards and yards of packing tape. One of the apprentices cut himself quite badly once while trying to slice his way past all the layers.
• Do NOT send a deposit of any kind (especially cash), unless one is required.
